Chattanooga Area Outreach Ministry is led by Kenneth Dupree. Kenneth (or KD) has worked with CAOM since June 1997, first as a full-time staff member and now as director of operations. Kenneth and his wife (Karen) have been married since 2014. Hobbies include, traveling, eating at place from Triple D (dinners, drive-in’s and dives) and riding their motorcycles.

The work of CAOM is overseen by a Board of Directors. The board is currently made up of the following members:
